BOOKINGS - To secure a booking the hotel requires full written confirmation within seven days of making the reservation along with a non-refundable deposit.

PAYMENT FOR HOLIDAY - Payment of the invoice for the holiday to be settled not less than FOUR WEEKS prior to the commencement of the holiday. Additional bookings within the application payment period should be settled in full at the time of the booking. If the invoice is not paid IN FULL by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel the booking, retain the deposit and apply cancellation charges as set out below.
CANCELLATION CHARGES - A holiday may be cancelled provided that the cancellation is made in writing, the effective date being the day we receive written confirmation. As administrative costs are incurred, and to offset the risk that we may not be able to re-let accommodation we retain your deposit(s), and in addition, levy cancellation charges up to the maximum amount as shown below.

HOLIDAY INSURANCE - When a booking is made you are entering into a legally binding contract. If you are forced to cancel or cut short your holiday / tour (for whatever reason), under the law you will be liable for the cancellation charges we have to make. We therefore advise our guests to insure their holiday / tour to cover the event of illness, personal injury or death. Compensation or refunds will not be payable by ourselves and any such claims should be forwarded to your insurers.
